Yahoo! Falls Victim to Largest Cyberattack in History

This week, Yahoo, Inc. announced that it had been the target of a cyber-attack affecting over 1 billion Yahoo accounts. Earning the badge of the largest cyber-attack in history, this attack compromised data from the targeted accounts, including passwords and answers to security questions. Cybersecurity officials are warning all Yahoo customers to reset their passwords immediately, not only to their Yahoo accounts, but also to their other accounts that might use the same password or security question. To further avoid having sensitive information stolen, you should always be extra cautious about clicking on links or opening downloads from unknown email addresses and you should never share account information or passwords over email.
