Heather Albarano- President of Human Resources

As a game-changing human resources leader, Heather Albarano has devoted her entire career to optimizing HR operations, energizing cross-functional teams, and achieving new levels of organizational success. In leading major HR initiatives for diverse organizations, she consistently boosted staff performance, improved employee satisfaction, and developed top-performing leadership teams.

Heather is an expert in scaling HR organizations and collaborating effectively with professionals at all levels of an organization. With a history of operating with autonomy and discretion, she is known for delivering deep insight and broad understanding of employment laws and best practices. Heather received her Masters’s Degree in Human Resources Development from George Washington University. She holds several professional certifications including Women in Leadership, (INSEAD), SHRM-CP Certification (SHRM), PHR Certification (HRCI), HRPD, Human Resource Professional Development Certificate (Lorman), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate, and Gusto People Advisor.

Mariela Franco- HR Coordinator

Mariela joined the team in October 2021.  She has been in HR Administration for 15 years. During her time in HR she has supported for-profit, and non-profit businesses. She is active in the community frequently volunteering as an English-Spanish Translator and working with Latino Outreach programs.

Brittany Massie- HR Generalist

Brittany is a tech-savvy HR professional, who embraces how we can leverage systems and processes to improve business efficiency and the employee experience.  She has a well-rounded HR background in policy, systems, compliance and employee relations. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Ashford University and her MBA from Franklin University.

Mandy Henderson- Payroll Manager

Mandy has almost 20 years of experience in Accounting and Payroll, she has her accounting degree from American InterContinental University.
