Dr. Swati M. Dutta

Dr. Swati M. Dutta. Swati joined Windwalker in September 2022 as a Senior Evaluation Specialist and Senior Instructional Designer. In her role as a Sr. Evaluation Specialist, Swati leads Windwalker’s portion of a major subcontract with WESTAT in providing evaluation services for the Department of Education’s NAEP (National Assessment of Educational Progress, The Nation’s Report Card) Program Review. Recently, she completed reports evaluating Florida and Arkansas’ NAEP Program activities. In June she will be traveling to Idaho and Colorado state Department of Education to evaluate their NAEP program activities.

 As a Sr. Instructional Designer, Swati is supporting the Windwalker Department of Labor training development contract. In this role, she is involved in the needs and instructional analysis of existing courses, assessment development, and planning the design of an existing course. She’s also participated in two major presentations for Windwalker business development efforts in the past three months. Prior to coming to Windwalker, Swati spent 8 years as a Graduate Lecturer and Adjunct Faculty Member at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. Swati has her PhD in Education with Concentration in Education Psychology and a Master’s in Education Psychology. Swati lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, Sumit and a mini goldendoodle “Loki!” Outside of her work, she likes to take care of her family, paint, cook, and go on hikes.

 

Alexandra Wilcox

Welcome Back Alexandra Wilcox!

Windwalker is happy to announce that Alexandra (Alex) Wilcox has rejoined the commercial training team as our Interim Learning Experience Manager. Alex was pivotal in the creation of WindwalkerXP more than 2 years ago and has returned to help see the product to success. In her time away, Alex worked at SVB as a senior instructional designer, helping define and deliver their compliance training program. She also worked at Articulate as a subject matter expert on their products and instructional design principles. There, she was responsible for writing external thought pieces on e-learning best practices, marketing scripts, and e-learning courses. Additionally, she assisted their sales team by delivering product demonstrations and other sales enablement assets. We’re excited to leverage her new talents and experience and proud to have her back on the team.
